Return Policy

At FDM we strive to supply the highest quality bespoke parts for your automotive needs. We understand that from time to time you may need to return an item to us for exchange, refund, or store credit.   We reserve the right to charge a handling and restocking fee.

• Parts returned for a refund will be assessed a 20% restocking fee and if applicable any additional cost including but not limited to shipping fees will be deducted from refund.
• Returned parts must be in clean, unused, original condition, and returned to us in the original packaging if applicable.
• The customer is responsible for return shipping on all returns unless otherwise instructed by Fast Design Motorsports.
• All returns for a refund must be received within 30 days of purchase, only FDM store credit will be issued for parts returned after 30 days. After 60 days there are no returns accepted, even for FDM store credit.
• There are absolutely no returns on special order, used parts, or custom parts. .
• Under no circumstances will FDM reimburse or cover expenses for any parts/labor charges related to any incorrect, faulty, defective items, or products not properly installed.
• Please contact FDM before return shipping your item. Once return authorized, please  include a copy of your original invoice.
